Founded in 2010, Pro Vision Architecture is a boutique practice based in Aurora, Ontario. We serve clients across York Region and the Greater Toronto Area with a deliberately small, senior-led team — which means David Eqbal, the Principal Architect, is personally involved in every project from the opening meeting to the final certificate of occupancy.
We work across residential, commercial, heritage, multi-unit residential, industrial, hospitality, and urban-design typologies. Our BIM-first workflow ensures that what we draw is fully coordinated, code-compliant, and buildable — reducing costly changes in the field.
David founded Pro Vision Architecture in 2010 after completing graduate training in architecture. A licensed member of the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) and an internationally accredited APEC Architect, he is also registered in New Zealand — credentials that reflect both rigorous domestic licensing and peer-reviewed international standing. Every PVA project benefits from his direct leadership.

All projects are designed in Building Information Modelling (BIM) from day one — delivering fully coordinated drawings, clash detection, and accurate cost modelling before ground is broken.
We start by listening — your vision, site constraints, timeline, and budget.
Schematic plans and 3D BIM models that establish the design direction for your sign-off.
Detailed drawings, material selections, and engineering coordination finalized.
Full permit submission and tendering documents issued to selected contractors.
On-site reviews, RFI responses, and final certification — all personally managed.
"David was involved from day one through to occupancy. He knew every detail of our project and anticipated issues before they became problems on site. Exceptional."
"The BIM models allowed us to see exactly what we were building before a single shovel went in the ground. Changed decisions saved us tens of thousands in construction costs."
"Pro Vision navigated the heritage approval process expertly. They understood both the preservation requirements and our commercial objectives — a rare combination."
